Production Time - Lead Time

Production times vary depending on the watches ordered:
- Production Time for 'Promotions' section:
3 weeks following order confirmation.
- Production Time for 'Magic Watch' section:
4-5 weeks following order confirmation.
- Production Time for All Other Watch categories:
4 weeks following order confirmation.
Quicker, RUSH Delivery (15-21 Days) available for most models.
- Production Time for Private Label watches:
(modified existing watch - new mould required):
3-4 weeks following order confirmation and prototype approval.
For OEM projects, please allow 8-12 weeks from concept to delivery.
Minimum Order Quantity 500-1000 pieces.
- Production Time for Super RUSH delivery:
7-10 business days following order confirmation.
A select few models are available - Please call us with your inquiry.
RUSH delivery is available for many models at a flat rate of $75.00 per order. All of our logo watches, including RUSH delivery items, undergo 3 days of rigorous quality control testing before shipment to assure optimum performance of our logo watch products.
Lead Time for Ordering
Approximately 72 hours from Contact to Order Confirmation.
- STEP 1 - GET STARTED:
Request an e-Sample of your selected logo watch. Have your logo file located on your hard drive for easy attachment.
- STEP 2 - RECEIVE YOUR E-SAMPLE:
Fotowatch will provide you with your requested e-Sample and the Preliminary Order Form via e-mail within 48 hours.
- STEP 3 - MAKE YOUR ORDER:
After e-Sample approval, return the completed Preliminary Order Form to us via e-mail or fax.
- STEP 4 - CONFIRM YOUR ORDER:
Fotowatch will follow up via e-mail with the Official Order Confirmation document which contains all details of your logo watch order.
