Artwork Requirements
Custom Imprinted Promotional Products
We can work with various formats.
However, those shown below are most common and easiest for us to work with (in order of preference):
- JPG - Joint Photographic Experts Group
- EPS - Encapsulated PostScript
- BMP - Bitmap
- TIFF - Tag Image File Forma
- GIF - Graphics Interchange Format
Raster Graphics Formats: Corel Photo Paint (CPT) or Adobe Photoshop -- *Corel preferred
Vector Graphics Formats: Corel Draw (CDR) or Adobe Illustrator graphics (AI) -- *Corel preferred
Format:We suggest saving your logos/artwork as JPG, BMP, TIFF or EPS.
Resolution:Minimum size of 4" x 4" - 300 x 300 pixels is recommended. Please keep the resolution of your images at or near 300 dpi (dots per inch). This recommendation does not apply to vector images. Please try to keep file size under 1 megabyte.
Colors:Whenever possible, please send us your logo/artwork in both black & white and in color. When available or known, please provide Pantone (PMS) references for your logo colors. Pantone (PMS) color references are NOT required for Photo Dial images or for black, white, silver and gold colors.
Fonts:Please provide font name (typeface or character type) when logo text is composed of a standard font. If logo text is composed of a unique, special font exclusive to your brand or organization, please provide an image file of your logo. If your logo font name is unknown, we will select a font that best approximates the logo text provided.
Examples of Font (typeface or character type) names include Helvetica, Times New Roman, Arial, Verdana etc.
